Lovers’ Lane
They say there’s a haven for lovers,
Somewhere out there in the world.
Elusive. Evanescent,
It might be a myth or a whim.
But not for dream chasers,
For this haven only reveals itself to faithful seekers.
The road of trials is tangled with adversity,
With hopes of making you a hero worthy of love.
So, come forth, my darling,
If you dare to believe in… love.
Hold my hands and let’s run away from this crazy world,
Take a leap of faith and wander onto Lovers’ Lane.
What does it matter if we were lost all our lives?
What does it matter if we were lost in stories we never belonged in?
Getting lost is the best feeling in the world,
Because it led me to love.
And love has only ever been:
You.
